Toby was born at St Anne’s Hospital (now called Mercy Hospital) in Mount Lawley, Perth, Western Australia about 7:00am on Sunday 4th August 1985. She arrived three weeks before her due date, beginning her life as she intended to continue: not conforming to expectations, in step with her own rhythm, and providing delightful surprises. From the start, she excelled at eating, expressing herself, and charming all who met her.
She travelled with family and friends (to Yallingup, Balingup, around Perth, etc, to Sydney and Melbourne).
She went to Gurlongga Njininj Child Care Centre.
